About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team and oversee the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. In this leadership role, you'll work closely with physicians, allied health professionals, and operational teams to ensure clinical excellence, support staff development, and drive continuous quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support registered nurses and clinical staff.

Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high standards of patient care.

Develop staff schedules and manage workforce planning.

Recruit, onboard, coach, and evaluate nursing team members.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.

Monitor patient safety, quality outcomes, and clinical performance indicators.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.

Manage staffing resources, departmental budgets, and clinical supplies.

Investigate and resolve patient care concerns and clinical incidents.

Lead quality improvement initiatives and promote evidence-based practice.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and operational reporting.

Foster a positive, inclusive,



and patient-centred team setting.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BScN, BNSc, or equivalent); a Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is an asset.

Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the applicable provincial regulatory body.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.

Solid knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient safety, and quality improvement practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Experience using electronic health records (EHR) and clinical information systems.

CNA certification, leadership training, or quality improvement certifications are considered an asset.
