Overview

We are seeking energetic and reliable Seasonal Full time Nursery Workers to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will assist with plant care, maintenance, and general nursery operations to ensure our Nursery remains beautiful, healthy, and inviting for customers. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop horticultural skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Assist with planting, watering, pruning, and maintaining a variety of plants and shrubs using proper horticultural techniques
- Operate irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules for all nursery stock
- Use hand tools and mechanical equipment safely for planting, digging / harvesting, and soil preparation tasks
- Perform heavy lifting of plants to support nursery operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery yard and work areas
- Support with inventory management by labeling plants and tracking stock levels
- Follow safety protocols when handling tools, equipment, and chemicals

Experience

- No Expereince Need - Will Train
- No Education Needed - No degree, no certificate or diploma needed - Certification Advancement Provided




- Prior experience in gardening or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and plant care techniques is advantageous
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with gardening tools will help enhance your effectiveness in this role
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with basic math skills for measurements and inventory tracking

Terms

- Seasonal Employment Period April - November
- Hours are 7:30am - 6:00pm Monday - Saturday
- Heavy Lifting, Outdoor work conditions
- Wage $17.95/ Hour + 4% Vacation
