Wellness is seeking a knowledgeable Occupational Therapist to contribute two hours per week. Ideal candidates will provide comprehensive clinical evaluations, equipment recommendations, and educate clients on daily living activities. You will play a crucial role in improving residents' independence and safety while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver evidence-based Occupational Therapy services to clients
- Conduct admission and specialized assessments
- Recommend adaptive equipment and liaise with vendors
- Educate clients and families on mobility and function
- Record treatment interventions in client charts Requirements:
- Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists
- 1-3 years of Occupational Therapy experience
- Solid communication skills for client interaction
- ADP Authorized Certification required
