Revival Rehabilitation Centre is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team.

The role involves providing occupational therapy services both in the clinic and in the community, including assessments, treatment and program planning and implementation, consultations, equipment recommendations, and education for clients and their caregivers. The focus is on promoting functional independence and supporting clients in achieving and maintaining optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide occupational therapy services to support injury management, rehabilitation, and functional independence
- Conduct Activities of Daily Living (ADL), workplace, ergonomic, attendant care, risk, and functional assessments, including standardized cognitive assessment tools as needed
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and functional rehabilitation programs
- Monitor client progress and outcomes,



adjusting treatment plans and interventions as clinically indicated
- Provide case management and coordinate care with clients, families, and other members of the rehabilitation team
- Collaborate with team members through case conferences and ongoing communication to support client safety, progress, and achievement of rehabilitation goals

Key Qualifications:

- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Membership with the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
