You will receive structured training, work directly with experienced managers, and support real business improvement projects.

What You Will Do

As part of our team, you will:

- Learn our end2end processes
- Support improvement projects finance, sales, or administration
- Analyze data and help improve processes, reporting, and decision-making
- Work with different teams across the business
- Participate in training sessions, mentoring, and regular feedback meetings
- Take ownership of assigned projects and present results to management
- Build the foundation for a future specialist, coordinator, analyst, or leadership role

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for people who are practical, curious, reliable, and willing to learn.

You should bring

- A university or college degree/diploma in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations Management or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- A hands-on mindset and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
- Interest in business processes, operations, technology, and continuous improvement
- Good Excel skills; experience with Power BI, ERP systems, databases,



or automation tools is an asset
- Generative AI experience
- Ability to apply AI Tools and Improve Processes
- Team Mentality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude, accountability, and willingness to give & take feedback
