About Ridgeway
Ridgeway Marketing & Consulting Inc. is a growing startup marketing, media, and creative production company working across marketing, video, music, AI, social media, and digital services.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and organized Office Manager & Team Operations Manager who can take ownership of the day-to-day office setting and help manage a growing team of 12–24 people.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who is highly organized, confident working with people, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
The successful candidate will help ensure that the office operates efficiently, team members are accountable for their responsibilities, schedules and workflows are organized, and management has clear visibility into day-to-day operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management
- Coordinate and oversee a team of approximately 12–24 employees
- Monitor attendance, schedules, punctuality, and daily activities
- Assign and follow up on tasks and priorities
- Ensure team members understand their responsibilities and deadlines
- Support onboarding and integration of new employees
- Identify performance or workplace issues and bring them to management's attention
- Encourage teamwork, professionalism, accountability, and a positive work environment
Office Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the office
- Ensure the office is organized, functional, and professional
- Coordinate supplies, equipment, facilities, and basic office requirements
- Maintain office procedures and systems
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal activities
- Ensure workplace policies and procedures are being followed
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain attendance and employee records
- Review timesheets and daily work logs
- Prepare regular updates for management
- Track tasks, deadlines, projects, and team productivity
- Assist with recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
Leadership & Problem Solving
- Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day employee concerns
- Resolve routine workplace issues professionally
- Identify operational problems and recommend solutions
- Escalate important issues to senior management when required
- Help establish systems and processes as the company grows

- Solution-oriented and able to work independently
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, email, and other digital tools
- Interested in technology, AI, media, marketing, or creative industries
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office management, operations, team supervision, administration, or a related leadership position
- Previous experience managing or supervising a team is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with scheduling, attendance, reporting, and employee coordination
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field is an asset
