Operating Room Nurse/PACU RN

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing surgical team in an out-of-hospital Operating Room Clinic. This role will involve working in both the Operating Room (OR) and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), depending on the needs of the clinic.

Position Details:

- Schedule: Monday to Friday (no weekends or holidays)
- Status: Part time, with potential to transition to full-time
- Location: Out-of-hospital surgical clinic, London Ontario

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in both OR and PACU settings
- Function as both a scrub nurse and circulating nurse, as required
- Monitor patients pre- and post-operatively as required
- Ensure adherence to all policy and procedures, safety and infection control protocols

Qualifications:

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current ACLS, BLS and IV initiation skills
- Experience in both Scrub and Circulating roles an asset
- ICU, emergency and or PACU experience




- Experience in plastics, urology, and ENT is considered an asset
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:
- ICU, emergency and or PACU: 1 year (preferred)
- plastics, urology, and ENT: 1 year (preferred)
- Scrub and Circulating roles: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Registered Nurse (RN) License (required)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (B.C.L.S.) certification (preferred)
