We support drilling, completions, production, and abandonment programs with a modern fleet, 24/7 dispatch. Our primary service areas include Manning, Peace River, and Red Earth.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to lead our Manning operations. This is a dual-role position combining field operations leadership with customer-facing sales responsibilities. You’ll oversee day-to-day field activity while also building and maintaining relationships with clients to grow our presence in the region. Ideal candidates are hands-on, service-driven leaders with oilfield experience and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise daily field operations, dispatching equipment and managing crew schedules

· Ensure proper maintenance, inspections, and repairs are completed for all units

· Enforce company safety procedures and ensure compliance with all client and regulatory standards





· Review and submit job tickets, timesheets, maintenance records, and safety reports

· Provide after-hours support as part of 24/7 operational coverage

· Respond to service inquiries, quote requests, and job planning discussions

Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in field operations or dispatch within the oilfield services sector

· Previous supervisory or management experience is required

· Class 1 Driver’s License (required)

· Strong knowledge of oilfield equipment including vacs, hot oilers, tankers, pickers, and pressure units

· Experience managing crews, dispatch, and job execution

Required Safety Certifications

· H2S Alive

· Standard First Aid with CPR/AED

· WHMIS 2015

· TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods)

· Ground Disturbance Level II

· CSTS 2020

· Picker or pressure equipment operation training (asset)
