Full-Time $5,000/month base pay plus bonuses and commissions — annual pay can reach $100,000–$150,000++ based on performance

We're looking for an organized, hands-on Operations Manager to keep our day-to-day field and office operations running smoothly and to help drive the business forward. This role is a mix of daily oversight and higher-level planning — you'll be the person keeping technicians, schedules, customers, and the numbers all in sync.

Duties

- Schedule and dispatch technicians to jobs, balancing skill sets, location, and urgency
- Oversee incoming phone calls and customer inquiries, stepping in on escalations
- Coordinate with technicians throughout the day to track job progress and resolve issues on the fly
- Review and approve quotes and invoices before they go out
- Monitor inventory levels for parts and materials, and reorder as needed
- Supervise and support office and field staff, making sure company standards are being followed
- Handle day-of scheduling conflicts, cancellations, and emergency job requests
- Manage client relations and handle related issues as they come up
- Analyze budgets, material costs, and labor expenses to catch overruns early




- Reconcile inventory counts and review supplier pricing/relationships
- Prepare monthly reports on revenue, job volume, and operational performance for ownership
- Create, document, and enforce company procedures, processes, and regulations
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and training for new staff as the team grows

What you'll bring:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or operations role — garage door, home services, or field service industry experience is a strong asset
- Comfortable managing both people and processes; able to move between big-picture planning and daily problem-solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel; CRM or scheduling software experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Solid leadership ability with a calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable and detail-oriented
