To contribute to our always forward Rushing forces, we are planning to add an experienced Sales Representative and Marketing specialist to our dedicated team;

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and secure new commercial construction projects.
- Build relationships with property owners, developers, property managers,



and industry consultants.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting and initial meetings through proposals, negotiations, and contract award.
- Collaborate with estimating and project teams to develop competitive proposals and realistic client commitments.
- Track sales opportunities, prepare forecasts, and report on performance.
- Establish sales processes and support the development of the sales team as the company grows.

Qualifications

- At least 5 years of sales or business development experience in commercial construction.
- Proven success securing construction contracts and meeting sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of construction bidding, estimating, and contract processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of results, and manage multiple opportunities.
- Previous sales leadership experience and an established industry network are strong assets.

Job Types: Freelance, Permanent, Part-time, Full time, Fixed term contract Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
