Pingle’s Farm Market Overnight Bakery Associate – Harvest Festival
Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Position: Seasonal / Harvest Festival
We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Overnight Bakery Associate(s) to join our team during the busy Harvest Festival season. This position plays an important role in preparing fresh bakery items overnight so they’re ready for our guests each morning.
What You’ll Do
● Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items, including pies, donuts, pastries and other seasonal favorites
● Assist with mixing, assembling, filling, glazing, decorating and packaging bakery products
● Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure products are prepared consistently and on time
● Prepare ingredients and workstations for daily bakery production
● Package, label and organize finished products
● Maintain a clean, organized and food-secure bakery workspace
● Wash and sanitize equipment, utensils and work areas as required
● Monitor product quality and communicate any issues to the bakery lead or supervisor
● Help the bakery team keep up with increased production demands throughout Harvest Festival
● Perform other bakery and food-preparation duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
● Reliable and comfortable working an overnight shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
● Able to work independently and as part of a rapid-paced team
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
● Able to follow recipes, instructions and food-safety procedures
● Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive food-preparation tasks
● Able to safely lift and carry ingredients, trays and bakery supplies
● Previous bakery, kitchen or food-preparation experience is an asset, but we’re happy to consider dependable candidates who are eager to learn
