Go Place is a luxury Leisure Club & Spa located at First Markham Place.

We are looking for Service Associate to join our team!

· Welcome guests on the arrival

· Provide accurate information to assist guests with inquiries and special requests

· Engage and take care of guests needs with a positive attitude

· Take ownership of service complaints at earliest and resolve the complaint quickly and efficiently

· Present professional appearance and maintain cleanliness in the common area at all times

· May occasionally assist with the maintenance and oversight of the changeroom and shoe locker areas.

Job Requirements

· Previous full-service experience or any other similar capacity

· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

· Teamwork-oriented and excellent conversation skills

· Required to work night, evening, weekends and holidays

· Must be in possession of a valid Canadian work permit to be eligible to be considered

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
