Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their design needs and preferences through effective communication and active listening.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, cash handling, and account management with accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering expert advice on renovation projects, and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Work efficiently in a high paced environment
Experience
- Familiarity with POS systems, and basic math skills
- Background in renovation, design, or construction industries is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in merchandising and account management tasks.
