Toronto Climbing Academy (TCA) is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis.

Position Details

- Position: Part-Time Accountant / Bookkeeper
- Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
- Potential: Opportunity to transition into a full-time position
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Software: Strong experience with QuickBooks required

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounts
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end procedures
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation
- Support management with accounting and financial information as needed

Qualifications




- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with small businesses is an asset

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
