Community Chiropractic Centre (CCC) is looking for a friendly, compassionate, and dependable Part-Time Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and who has an interest in and appreciation for chiropractic care and the variety of services/treatment modalities offered in our clinic.

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will work closely with our chiropractors and patients to help ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment, so the ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, attentive to detail, and comfortable working with people. We are looking for someone who is warm, welcoming, professional, and confident, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

This role involves moving throughout the clinic and assisting wherever needed to support the chiropractors, patients, and overall flow of the office.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome patients
- Assist with patient flow and ensure the clinic runs efficiently
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Assist chiropractors with various treatment modalities and EMR-related tasks
- Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and qualified clinic environment
- Provide friendly and attentive support to patients throughout their visit
- Adapt to changing priorities and assist the team wherever needed

Qualifications & Requirements





- Previous experience in patient care or a healthcare setting is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain focused when busy
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- The ability to anticipate what needs to be done and maintain smooth patient flow
- A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- The ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong adaptability and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- The ability to be on your feet and move throughout the clinic as required
- A strong understanding of the importance of patient privacy and confidentiality, ability and willingness to comply with PIPEDA, clinic privacy policies, and all applicable requirements for safeguarding personal health information
- Availability for a variety of shifts is required, including Saturday mornings

Position Details

- Location: Tecumseh, Ontario (in person)
- Hours: 15-30 hours per week
- Pay: starting at $22-$26 per hour, based on experience
- Benefits: dental care, extended health care, life insurance, vision care
- Office Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM, Friday: 8:00 AM-2:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM-12:00 PM

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
