Part-Time Cleaner

5 Star Turnover Inc. is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our growing team.

About the Position

We provide professional cleaning services for short-term rentals, residential properties, and other client spaces. We take pride in delivering consistent, high-quality results and are looking for someone who shares that standard.

Previous professional cleaning experience is an asset but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is dependable, hardworking, pays attention to detail, and is willing to learn and follow our cleaning standards.

Responsibilities

- Clean and prepare short-term rental and residential properties
- Complete detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Make beds and complete laundry when required

- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow property-specific cleaning checklists
- Complete required before and after photos
- Identify and report damage, missing items, maintenance concerns, or supply shortages - Maintain a professional and respectful approach when working in clients' properties - Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness

What We're Looking For
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset, but not required





- Reliable and punctual

- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable following detailed instructions and checklists

- Good communication skills
- Takes pride in their work
- Able to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation is an asset

Compensation: $18.75/hour during the probationary period, with an increase upon successful completion of probation. Schedule: This is a part-time position; Additional hours may be available depending on workload and availability. Holiday shifts are available, and applicants with weekend and holiday availability are encouraged to apply.
