ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a personable and detail-oriented Part-Time Hotel Photographer to join our team. In this role, you will capture the unique character of each property - from room interiors and dining spaces to event setups and outdoor areas. The images will be used across the hotel’s website, marketing materials, and booking platforms to attract guests and showcase their brand.

This is a shoot-only role; all post-production and editing is handled internally. Your focus is entirely on capturing exceptional images in the moment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Photograph hotel interiors, exteriors, amenities and food & beverage
- Communicate professionally with hotel management, staff, and guests to coordinate shoots smoothly
- Delegate tasks and set clear expectations with team members or hotel contacts during shoot days
- Adapt quickly to changing environments, lighting conditions, and scheduling needs
- Images must meet brand standards and deliver polished, high-quality files
- Maintain and organize photo assets
- Stay current with photography trends in the hospitality industry
- Maintain a positive, friendly presence that reflects well on the hotel brand

QUALIFICATIONS

- Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and lighting equipment
- A keen eye for composition, lighting, and detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects




- Excellent customer service skills; comfortable interacting with management, staff, and guests
- Able to delegate and coordinate effectively during shoots
- Fast learner who can adapt to new environments and workflows quickly
- Highly detail-oriented with a sharp eye for consistency and quality
- Adaptable availability, including occasional evenings or weekends for events
- Must own and provide professional camera and lighting equipment*
- Must carry valid photography liability insurance

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience with drone photography
- Familiarity with brand photography guidelines

*equipment requirement DSLR/Mirrorless 24mp, Lens range of 17mm to 70mm with a minimum aperture of F4, Minimum 2x 300watts studio strobes, Tripod, cable release, own transportation.

Pay: $750.00 per day
