Town Square Brewing is a locally owned micro-brewery passionate about creating change in our community. Located in South Edmonton, we offer our guests a unique experience with every visit. Our ever-changing beer list pairs with our one-of-a-kind menu focusing on artisan pizzas. Our love for beer is carried through all of our dishes! We're looking for a cook passionate about food & craft beer to join our kitchen team! Part time position available for days, evenings & weekends.

Requirements

- 2 years kitchen experience

- Craft beer knowledge
- Personable & Friendly team player
- Ability to work in fast-paced setting with awareness of your surroundings
- General knowledge of food safety practices

Job Duties
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner




- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station being mindful of safety and sanitation
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
