As the Cafe and Showroom Specialist at Eight Ounce Coffee, you will play a pivotal role in managing our retail spaces, including the cafe and showroom. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our customers while also showcasing our brand and products effectively. This part-time, weekend role requires a blend of retail management expertise, barista skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe and showroom, including opening and closing procedures.
- Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product recommendations and information as needed.
- Prepare and serve a variety of tea & coffee beverages, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cafe and showroom areas, including seating areas, displays, and equipment.
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems, oversee inventory rotation, and collaborate on product displays and promotions.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a retail or cafe environment, with demonstrated proficiency in customer service and barista skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation, with a passion for delivering high-quality beverages.




- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the needs of the business.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a genuine enthusiasm for the coffee industry and retail experience.
