We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. Duties

- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and its amenities.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing solutions to enhance their stay.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through phone systems and online platforms.
- Maintain front desk operations, including managing cash transactions and processing payments.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Address any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist in promoting hotel services, events,



and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.

Skills

- Robust background in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively; multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus.
- Experience in front desk operations or guest services is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks.
