Hub City Pharmacy is seeking a Part-Time Staff Pharmacist to join our growing team (and as such there is a potential of this position to become Full-Time eventually). We are a unique community pharmacy serving a diverse range of patient populations through compassionate, accessible, and patient-centred care.

What You'll Do

- Perform all day-to-day pharmacist responsibilities, including:
- Prescription verification and dispensing
- Patient assessment and medication counselling
- Medication reviews and clinical services
- Collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers
- Supporting secure and effective medication management
- Deliver exceptional patient care in a welcoming, non-judgmental environment
- Contribute to innovative pharmacy services that meet the needs of our community

Experience





- Strong background in patient care within a pharmacy setting is essential
- Proficiency in medical terminology and medication administration procedures is required
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team and communicate effectively with patients and staff
