FIL Delivery
Mississauga
Fil Delivery is a rapidly growing, best-in-class, beverage supply chain company. We specialize in warehousing, picking, and packing, and delivery of premium craft beer, wine, and spirits in Southern Ontario. Fostering an engaged and safe workplace, our employees are motivated to provide outstanding customer service. Through innovative technology, we are continuously improving the delivery experience for our clients and their customers.
Role:
FIL works with a large group of smaller merchant accounts who value reliable service and clear communication more than hands-on, one-on-one attention. This role is responsible for managing that book well, using strong processes and self-service tools to keep things running smoothly at scale.
If you enjoy building systems that work, communicating clearly across a large group of accounts, and keeping things organized without needing to micromanage every relationship, this role is a strong fit.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary
- Dental care
- Vision care
- Extended health care
- RRSP / DPSP Match
- Business-casual attire – comfortable yet professional
- On-site parking
- Opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of 60 to 100 core accounts.
- Handle communication across the book at scale, including onboarding sequences, service updates, rate change notifications, and portal adoption campaigns.
- Lead the annual rate review process for the book.
- Support retention by identifying at-risk accounts early, using service data rather than waiting for complaints to come in.
- Spot accounts that have outgrown the core tier and recommend them for promotion.
What Success Looks Like in Year One
- Strong gross revenue retention across the core book.
- Healthy portal adoption across the book.
- A solid number of accounts promoted to the next tier.
- Fast response times to inbound account issues.
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or inside sales.
- A genuine preference for building scalable processes over managing accounts one at a time.
- Robust written communication skills.
- English required; French is an asset.
Competencies:
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing a high volume of accounts
- Clear, professional written communication
- Ability to work independently and prioritize well in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
