SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Provide courteous and professional counter service to all internal and external customers - Effectively communicate with Maintenance Management regarding a continuous supply and maintenance of required parts - Ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures to achieve safety objectives - Organize and maintain the inventory areas - Shipping and receiving - Maintain vendor catalogue and pricing library - Maintain purchase and issuing records KEY ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES:
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts (shift work, day shift, night shift)



- Follow and enforce safe work procedures, codes, and regulations - Energetic self-starter, able to work in a dynamic environment - Able to handle multiple tasks by prioritizing and maintaining a high attention to detail - Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and verbal and written communication skills - Team player with the ability to conduct work with professionalism - Knowledge of parts room related processes - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and is essential - Team player with the ability to conduct work with professionalism - This position is considered to be a Safety Sensitive Position and may require additional screening - This position has bona fide physical requirements and may require additional screening (please refer to the applicable Physical Demands Profile) EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
