Lead the Pathways to Education Program as the Team Lead with Pacific Community Resources Society in Surrey, BC. Oversee mentorship, team performance, and program development while fostering community partnerships. PCRS seeks an experienced Team Lead to drive the Pathways to Education Program.

In a full time role, you will lead and mentor Youth Outreach Workers, ensuring effective planning and implementation of the program. The position requires strong leadership and organizational skills to connect with diverse communities and promote a trauma-informed approach. Key Responsibilities:

- Hire, onboard, and supervise staff for the program
- Monitor service performance and report on contract outcomes
- Collaborate with the Manager on program operations and finances




- Lead community partnerships to support program growth
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Child and Youth Care or related field
- 5 years in a leadership role in social services
- Experience with target populations and community outreach
- Knowledge of case management principles
