Duties

- Greet prospective members warmly and identify their needs through engaging conversations and active listening.
- Conduct product demonstrations of membership packages, facility features, and available programs to highlight benefits and value.
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for accurate cash handling, membership sales, and merchandise transactions.
- Promote upselling opportunities by recommending additional services or merchandise to enhance member experience.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up schedules using organizational skills.
- Manage phone etiquette professionally by answering inquiries promptly and providing detailed information about memberships and programs.




- Support merchandising efforts by ensuring display areas are attractive, stocked, and aligned with promotional campaigns.
- Assist with basic math calculations for transactions and ensure accurate cash handling at all times.

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles is highly preferred, especially in technology or product demo environments.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with diverse community members.
- Demonstrated technical sales experience involving product demonstrations or explaining features clearly to customers.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling protocols is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills coupled with excellent time management abilities are essential for success in this energetic role.
- Experience in merchandising or retail environments will support your ability to create appealing displays and promote products effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering exceptional customer service.
