Position Summary:

We are seeking motivated, reliable, and hard-working individuals to join our harvest team as Pickers at our Brentwood Bay vineyard. You will play a vital role in the success of our harvest season by carefully and efficiently harvesting grapes by hand. This is a great opportunity to be part of a passionate team in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Harvest grapes by hand with attention to quality and efficiency.
- Handle fruit with care to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Work collaboratively with the harvest team, including cellar and logistics staff.
- Follow safety and vineyard protocols at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adapt to changing weather and working conditions.
- Assist with other vineyard tasks as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:





- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Ability to work outdoors all day in varying weather conditions, even in cold or light rain.
- Able to carry weights up to 20 kg.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work early mornings and flexible hours during peak harvest.
- Previous experience in vineyard or farm work is an asset.
