You will lead maintenance and asset management, drive safety, reliability and continuous improvement, and partner with plant leadership to shape long-term performance. The role requires solid leadership, budgeting, planning and project execution, with fluency in English and Finnish, and collaboration across functions. A strategic position reporting to the Ferrochrome Plant VP.
