Tasks - Manage day-to-day production operations.

- Plan, coordinate and optimize plant activities.
- Oversee purchasing, procurement and inventory management.
- Ensure quality, productivity, cost and delivery targets are met.
- Identify and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Supervise, engage and develop plant employees.
- Participate in employee recruitment, onboarding and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, as well as occupational health and safety regulations.
- Analyze operational performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
