Description The Production Coordinator is responsible for the daily administration of production orders, inventory processes, creating and receiving all supply chain transfers, packing slips and purchase orders.

Major Areas of Responsibilities

Create/process work orders for production requirements and stock levels

Organize all production related documents and drawings

Create/receive supply chain transfers, packing slips and purchase orders

Maintain spreadsheets for production and material tracking

Filing appropriate paperwork daily

Liaise with other departments to help facilitate production processes

Report production errors/issues to plant manager

Perform safety inspections

Perform cycle counts and report discrepancies to plant manager

Inventory tracking and review adjustments

Adhere to health & safety policies and procedures at all times

Other duties as required

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office, ERP Software)

Solid mathematical skills

Experience in manufacturing processes an asset

Carry out complex oral and written instructions

Flexible, innovative and adaptable

Effective verbal and written communicator with staff as well as all levels of management

Thrives working in a very fast-paced environment

Syspro experience would be an asset

While performing the duties of this position, the employee will perform their duties in an office environment with some exposure to a production facility with operating machinery, mechanical parts and moving vehicles. The noise level in this environment is moderate.

Hours of Work

7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday

Saturdays and overtime as needed
