Candidates must have registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives and at least two years of relevant experience, focusing on primary care, addictions, or mental health.

- Conduct assessments and engage recent clients/patients

- Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings
- Support harm reduction and addiction assessments
