Key responsibilities (text) • Take necessary action on products to give them a second chance through product repackaging, spare part Management, product assembly and active selling both online and offline.
- Contribute as a subject matter expert in recovery operations, to implement and ensure the optimisation of the processes, tools, ways of working and training of the co-workers in the unit. Follow-up on performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Stay up to date with the Ingka social and environmental commitments and know how to contribute to sustainability and circularity in the daily work and through the support of circular and commercial activities within the unit. Always consider the environmental and business impact when deciding how to best recover products.
- Work collaboratively across all functions in the Customer Meeting Point to create Product Quality & Safety and Recovery awareness and support, to ensure that common related working routines and processes are followed, in order to improve the customers' quality perception of IKEA products.
- Support the Product Quality & Recovery Manager by indirectly leading the team together with the other specialists,
by assigning tasks and supervising the daily operations of the Product Quality & Recovery team when required and take responsibility for the unit and develop goals.
