The company specializes in authorized generic prescription medicines, over-the-counter (OTC) products, natural health products, and consumer healthcare solutions.

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and commercialization of our pharmaceutical product portfolio. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product success, identify market opportunities, and deliver innovative healthcare solutions that meet the needs of patients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and commercialization plans.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.

Manage product launches and lifecycle activities for pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare products.

Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance with Health Canada requirements.

Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop product positioning and promotional initiatives.

Monitor product performance, market trends, and customer insights to optimize portfolio performance.

Forecast product demand and coordinate with Supply Chain to support inventory planning.





Prepare business cases, pricing strategies, and financial forecasts.

Build robust relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders.

Support cross-functional projects to deliver products on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in product management, pharmaceutical marketing, or healthcare.

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Knowledge of the Canadian pharmaceutical industry.

Preferred

Experience with prescription, generic, or OTC pharmaceutical products.

Understanding of Health Canada regulations and product commercialization.

MBA or other advanced qualification.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, CRM platforms, and market analysis tools.
