Intact is seeking a Product Manager for its expanding team. The role will direct the vision and roadmap for IT Services, focusing on service management and AI-enabled capabilities. You will manage high-impact projects, ensuring they align with business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

- Define and maintain IT Services Portfolio strategy and roadmap
- Collaborate with architecture and engineering for scalable solutions
- Chair the ITS Product Council to prioritize and align roadmap
- Track portfolio performance against defined targets
- Coach Product Owners on strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years in product management, especially in transformation
- Experience with enterprise IT service management or digital products
- Robust knowledge of agile principles and value-based delivery
- Data literacy in defining KPIs and using insights
