- Pre count and check garments/items being printed
- Learn registration, screen set up and take down, exposing, burning, coating and reclaiming screens
- Read and understand work order before setting up jobs
- Load and unload garments/items on and off the press
- Mix inks to color match Pantones
- Learn to operate and calibrate large industrial size machinery
- Check placement, print quality, ink colors and trouble shoot when necessary
- Unpack and pack up orders when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
