Position Overview

We’re looking for a Production Associate to join our production team. In this role, assisting in manufacturing processes, operating equipment, assembling products, performing quality checks, and ensuring safety and efficiency in food production environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth, efficient, and secure workflows.
- Assemble, inspect, and package products according to quality standards and production targets.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with workplace safety regulations.
- Prepare and supply materials to the production line, manage inventory, and track work orders
- Record production output, equipment malfunctions, and quality checks to maintain accurate production records




- Perform daily quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

Qualifications

- High school diploma minimum.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environment is an asset (but not required — we provide training).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good communication skills with basic English and a team-first mindset.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 55 lbs as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
