We are currently seeking Machine Operators to join our growing team in Guelph, ON. As a Production Operator, you will assist the Machine Operators with production activities, machine operation, setup, material handling, quality inspections, and general housekeeping. Attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and a strong work ethic are key to success in this role. What You'll Be Doing - Verify production orders, stock specifications, and material conditions
- Monitor product quality, including:
- Box dimensions and specifications - Print quality - Proper scoring and slotting - Loose liners and warping - Report quality concerns and production issues to the Operator
- Complete production reports and required documentation accurately and on time
- Check ink requirements and assist with:




- Washing print plates - Setting hoppers, kickers, and gates - Load raw materials into machinery
- Assist with machine setup, operation, and cleanup
- Proactively identify maintenance concerns and submit repair requests
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all company policies, health and safety procedures, and government regulations
- Ensure compliance with company standards and quality requirements What We're Looking For - Manufacturing or production experience is considered an asset
