Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Graphic Artist with hands-on experience in Screen Printing and DTF (Direct-to-Film) prepress. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative design and hands-on manufacturing by turning customer concepts into production-ready files, managing print workflows and ensuring top-tier quality control on garments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend artistic talent with technical precision in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities

- Artwork Preparation: Create, edit and vectorize logos, text and graphics using Adobe Illustrator..
- Screen Print Pre-press: Build spot colour separations, adjust halftones, trap lines and output films and select appropriate mesh counts..
- DTF Workflow Managment: Prepare print-ready files, manage RIP software configurations and optimize files for vibrant DTF colour accuracy and alignment
- Equipment Operation: Run and monitor production equipment, including direct-to-film printers, heat presses or assisting on screen printing press.
- Create mockups, prototypes, and final artwork using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW.
- Ensure all designs adhere to client specifications, brand guidelines, and production requirements.
- Review proofs and make necessary adjustments to meet quality standards before final printing.




- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital design, screen printing techniques, and DTF technology to continuously improve design quality.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine printer cleaning, calibration, and basic troubleshooting of equipment and software issues.

Requirements

- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of print production workflows, CMYK vrs. spot colours and RIP Software.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Sketch, Figma, and InVision for digital design projects.
- Solid understanding of typography, colour management, visual hierarchy, and layout principles.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot print issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
