Hours: Monday–Friday; periodic weekend on-call rotation

Salary: $80,000-100,000/year

Required Skills & Experience

- Post-secondary education in Engineering, STEM, Science
- 3 years + of relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years of formal people leadership experience
- Experience leading at least 10+ direct reports
- Experience supervising manufacturing operators or production teams
- Background within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment, including:

Cosmetics

Consumer Packaged Goods

Industrial Manufacturing

- Robust hands-on exposure to manufacturing equipment and production processes

Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations across a clients pharmaceutical production facilities. This role is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing activities, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, compliance, and cost objectives are achieved while leading a team of 30+ production employees across multiple shifts.

The successful candidate will be a people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced GMP manufacturing environment and can effectively manage operational performance, employee engagement, process improvements, and cross-functional partnerships with Quality, Maintenance, and other production groups.

The Supervisor, Production Operations is responsible for all aspects of a designated manufacturing business unit, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, cGMP requirements, SOPs, and company policies while driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited for early-career supervisors (3–5 years of experience) who have demonstrated ownership of shift performance, team leadership, and operational improvements in industries such as pharmaceutical, food, CPG, automotive, or oil and gas.

We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
