A Production Lead Hand works directly on the line while guiding floor staff to meet daily manufacturing goals. They report directly to the Production Supervisor.
Core Duties
Set work pace by performing manual production tasks and operating machinery.
Assign daily work stations and duties to shift workers.
Monitor line output to ensure the team hits production quotas.
Enforce safety rules and ensure proper use of protective gear.
Inspect product quality to catch and minimize defects on the floor.
Train new hires on machinery operation and facility procedures.
Experience
2+ years in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
Skills: Robust communication, basic leadership, and mechanical aptitude.
Spanish Fluency or experience in Bakery is a plus.
