This role involves guiding clients through product selection, preparing estimates, processing work orders, and ensuring timely file completion. As a liaison between departments, you'll maintain invoice integrity and contribute to a professional showroom experience. Ideal candidates have a passion for interior design, strong administrative skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
- Handle our showroom, Interact with clients.
- Creating quotations and invoices, order products and receiving from suppliers.
- Complete all work in a timely manner paying close attention to timelines and priority jobs.
- Meet with clients to discuss their kitchen and/or bathroom design needs and preferences.
- Create detailed kitchen and bath design plans using CAD software.
- Select and recommend materials, finishes, and fixtures.
- Collaborate with the project manager and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of the kitchen and bathroom project.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in kitchen & bath design.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of kitchen and bath design principles, materials, and finishes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
