Role Description The Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Laval, QC. This position is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of aerospace landing gear programs, ensuring that scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

The Program

Manager coordinates cross-functional teams in engineering, production, supply chain, and quality, and serves as a primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders. Daily activities include managing project timelines, monitoring risks and issues, preparing status reports, and driving corrective actions as needed.



The role also involves supporting contract requirements, facilitating change management, aligning program activities with regulatory and customer standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of program management processes.

Qualifications

- Program and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain within an aerospace or complex industrial setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using project management tools and standard office software.
- Knowledge of aerospace industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality management systems; familiarity with landing gear or mechanical systems is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French language skills are considered an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Laval, QC, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strong customer-focused relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field; a project management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is an asset.
- Demonstrated experience in contract oversight, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives in a technical or manufacturing setting.
