Defined Designs is seeking a hard working, reliable individual with project coordination experience, who wants to learn and grow with our team!

In this position, you’ll be exposed to the some of the most exciting brands and companies from around the globe, as well as can be apart of a team to explore innovative and creative ways to bring builds to life. You will be working closely with management to help support our company’s vision of delivering assets of the highest quality to our customers and clients.

Qualifications / Requirements:

· Experience monitoring project budgets, job costing, and preparing profit and loss reports.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

· Strong general computer operation skills and knowledge of word processing and email software.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Verbal and written communication skills in English.

· Ability to take detailed notes and follow verbal direction.

Responsibilities:

· Creating,



monitoring and reviewing project budgets and the preparation of profit and loss reports.

· Sourcing and ordering materials for projects.

· Communicate with client and internal build teams regarding project deliverables.

· Assist management with project organization, coordination and completion.

· Ensure that all project documentation and software is accurate and up to date.

· Assist in shop as needed.

· Consistently help all departments as needed to ensure in the on schedule progression of projects.

· Work independently and/or with a team.

· Maintain a clean work environment.

· Adhere to all company and safety protocols.

Prior Project Coordination and/or Project Management experience is an asset.
