MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
A project coordinator supports the project manager in note taking, gathering equipment, resources, and information to implement upcoming projects.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Ensuring project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables
- Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project
- Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
- Solving any issues that may arise during the project
- Managing and building relationships with multiple teams
- Assisting the Project Manager with administrative functions and processes
- Managing day-to-day activities for the Project Management team
- Analyzing project data and producing progress reports
- Recording and distributing Meeting Minutes
- Other duties as required
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Post secondary degree or diploma in Construction Technology
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- On-site construction experience is valued
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Ontario Drivers License – Own means of transportation to and from work
- Efficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to read, write and speak English at a grade 12 level
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
- General Ontario Building Code knowledge
- AutoCad and Revit knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
