Key Responsibilities

- Manage high-rise residential construction projects from planning through occupancy
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and reporting
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, trades, municipalities, and ownership




- Identify risks early and resolve issues before they impact project delivery
- Lead project meetings and maintain explicit communication with all stakeholders
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, design, and schedule expectations Qualifications:
