The Project

Manager role within the UHN Connected Care team requires expertise in advancing creative models of care. You'll lead projects through all phases, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and risk management. Strong organizational and communication skills will be vital as you collaborate with a diverse set of healthcare professionals to implement transformative changes. Key Responsibilities:

- Establish project plans and manage documentation

- Undergraduate Degree in Science, Health Informatics, or related field
