.Seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Property Assistant. This role involves assisting with general property upkeep including lawncare and gardening. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working outdoors in property maintenance with the ability to operate various tools and equipment effectively. This position is hands-on work within property management, landscaping, and construction projects.

Responsibilities

- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including gardening,, pruning, and lawn care.
- Operate machinery such as zero turns, trimmers and blowers.
- Use hand tools and power tools.
- Assist with outdoor cleanup, debris removal, and seasonal landscaping projects

Requirements

- Experience or familiarity with Stihl trimmers ,hedge trimmers and blowers and hand tools and general mechanical knowledge is preferred
- Knowledge of gardening, horticulture,



landscape maintenanceis a plus
- Basic understanding of construction practices and property maintenance procedures
- Ability to operate equipment safely and follow safety protocols at all times
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
- Prior experience in landscaping or property maintenance is desirable, but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed
- Valid driver’s license preferred.

This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop skills in property maintenance while contributing to the upkeep of beautiful outdoor spaces. Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
