Job Summary The Property Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our property management department. We manage around 850 properties and use Buildium Software. We are looking for someone familiar with this software. We have about 50 real estate agents who are property managers. You are responsible for collecting rent from tenants and paying landlords using electronic money transfer

Duties

- Maintain accurate records of property-related activities and financial transactions using Buildium. If yo you are experienced using another software, we are open to switching to another software that you are more familiar with.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
