The QA/QC Supervisor is responsible for Supervising quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and company standards. This role oversees raw material testing, packaging component testing, labeling approvals, stability testing, batch record review, investigations, CAPA implementation, document control, training, and continuous improvement initiatives while leading quality personnel and supporting regulatory inspections and audits.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

- Follow the applicable Standard Operating Procedures to ensure GMP compliance.

- Ensure the equipment, instruments calibration program is followed within the laboratory and facility

- Ensure that secure working methods and practices are adopted at all times

- Oversees the maintenance of current and archived SOP’s

- Responsible for the housekeeping, tidiness and general cleanliness of the designated area

- Assist in conducting self-audit to ensure compliance of defined standards.

DIMENSIONS, TASKS AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards.

- Write, Review and approve SOPs, specifications, protocols, and reports.

- Ensure controlled documents are current, accurate, and properly distributed.

- Maintain document revision and archival systems.





- Lead and review deviation investigations.

- Review and assess proposed changes affecting products, processes, equipment, facilities, and procedures.

- Ensure personnel are trained on GMP requirements and applicable procedures.

- Creating, Implementing and Issuing Master Production Document as required

- Review batch records, Certificate of Analysis and Documentation

- Creating bulk and finished product specification and certificate of analysis

- Oversee stability testing activities.

- Liaise with Manufacturing and Production Quality Control/Quality Assurance issues

- Hosts audits and inspections by clients and regulatory agencies as needed

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints

- Maintenance of the Supplier Qualification Program

- Liaise with R&D; in regards to the product formulation and specifications

- Approving or rejecting Batch Production record

- Approving or rejecting Raw Material, Packaging Material, Labeling, Bulk and Finished product specification, analytical reports, incoming material test reports, process validation, method validation protocols, bulk/finished product, change control if needed

- Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
