Elevate healthcare quality at Brant Community Healthcare System as a Quality Improvement Consultant. Collaborate with leadership to enhance patient safety and experience across two hospitals in Brantford and Paris. In this pivotal role, you will report to the Director of Quality, Patient Safety & Experience.
Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategic action plans that align with our annual Quality Improvement Plan. Focus on utilizing data-driven insights to facilitate clinical improvements and champion quality methodology in our healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Lead reviews of patient safety events and incidents
- Analyze data to drive quality enhancements
- Mentor on quality improvement strategies
- Coordinate compliance with Accreditation standards Requirements:
- Undergraduate Degree in a Health Discipline or related field
- Master’s degree preferred in Quality or Patient Safety
- 3-5 years of healthcare experience
- Robust organizational and interpersonal skills
