Responsibilities

As a Real Estate Sales Representative, you will:

- Represent buyers and sellers throughout the real estate process
- Prospect for new clients and develop business opportunities
- Conduct property showings, open houses and client consultations
- Prepare and present offers and negotiate transactions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Market properties through appropriate online and offline channels
- Maintain knowledge of local market conditions and property values
- Follow up with leads and prospective clients
- Maintain accurate transaction and client documentation
- Build your personal network and referral business
- Work collaboratively with the brokerage and other real estate professionals

What We Look For

Required:

- Valid Ontario Real Estate Registration, or currently in the process of obtaining one
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
